The Challenge
A+ Staffing was tasked with providing an internal team of market managers, event day management staff, event staff and ticket scanners to launch a new concert series exclusively for drive in theaters throughout the US in the summer of 2020. Go to our Sports and Entertainment page to learn more!
Our Strategy & Activation
- From June to September, A+ Staffing provided 4,000 staff across North America to support the concert series
- Patrons were able to feel safe with attending by incorporating contactless tickets, requiring appropriate PPE needs and keeping groups six feet apart
- Four concerts were produced including Metallica, Garth Brooks, Kane Brown and Blake Shelton/Gwen Stefani
- A virtual command center was created to be able to communicate with over 300 theaters the day of the event to troubleshoot all technology and staffing issues
