Nintendo switch activation


With the holiday season around the corner, A+ Staffing was tasked with providing product demonstrators for an experiential marketing retail program to generate excitement and sales for the Nintendo Switch console. The holiday mall marketing tour would be held daily for six consecutive weeks at 12 malls across the United States.

  • Hired and rostered a team of interactive and engaging Brand Ambassadors that also had a passion for gaming devices.
  • Developed and trained a consistent team of one Field Manager, one Assistant Field Manager and 10 Brand Ambassadors for each market activation.
  • Daily check-ins with the field team allowed management to identify opportunities and successes that could be shared amongst all markets.


  • The mall marketing tour had a 99 percent show up rate with less than 1 percent of shifts unfulfilled.
  • The account team provided the client with daily, weekly and program end recaps to ensure we were meeting goals during the entire activation.
  • We secured additional business with the Nintendo brand due to the success of the retail marketing program.
