Challenges

A+ Staffing in partnership with a marketing agency worked together to produce Nissan activations at 85 colleges across the US at football, basketball and baseball games. The teams of 4 to 6 Brand Ambassadors constructed a large footprint on game day and interacted with gameday fans to obtain leads.

Our Strategy & Activation

  • A+ Staffing hired a dedicated account team and a local Field Marketing Manager for the universities.
  • The account team created relationships with the university career centers to recruit college students as brand ambassadors to join the team.
  • Created training certification program to become a certified Nissan Team Member. During the campaign 798 Brand Ambassadors earned their certification.
